It came to no surprise that they were not able to fix the safe zone problem I am having. Your experience should NOT be unique and in most cases of me installing Norton I have had no issue. What I would do if I were you is a system restore to restore your computer to an earlier time. http://www.removevirus.org/how-to-do-a-system-restore.html another thought is that you need to run a checkdisc on your computer. After trying the system restore and only if that does not work you can use your Windows 7 disc to run the diagnostics and try to fix the issue. Hope this helps.
